The Pilot ProgramThis is a pilot period to test the Psyberanima matching service. During these days:- No platform fees – You keep 100% of all session fees.
- No lead fees – Client introductions are free.
- No commitment – Either party can end participation with 7 days' notice.
Psyberanima is not responsible for collecting fees or resolving payment disputes between the Coach and the Client.After the pilot: If both parties agree to continue, we will transition to a sustainable revenue-share or pay-per-lead model (designed to be highly competitive for the coaching industry). If you choose not to continue, you may continue seeing pilot clients privately.___________________________________________________________________________________________________
1. Independent PracticeYou work as an Independent Coach, not an employee. You manage your own schedule, client care, insurance, and tax obligations. You are responsible for ensuring your work aligns with your specific qualifications (e.g., MSc Cyberpsychology, ICF, BPS).___________________________________________________________________________________________________
2. How It WorksClient Introductions
Psyberanima matches you with potential clients who fit your profile and expertise. We will send you an email introduction with:- Client’s first name and contact details.
- Their coaching goals (e.g., Digital Detox, Deep Work, Parental Strategy).
- Budget, availability, and preferences.Your Response
You have 24 hours to respond (Mon–Fri). You may accept or decline any referral. If you accept, you contact the client directly to arrange a discovery call or session. If you decline, let us know so we can reroute them.Session Delivery
You conduct sessions using your own platform (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.). You set your session fee and clients pay you directly using your preferred method. You keep 100% during the 90-day pilot.___________________________________________________________________________________________________
3. Client Relationship (Pilot Period)Clients introduced by Psyberanima remain linked to the service for 90 days from first introduction. You agree not to move these clients "off-platform" to a competing agency during this period without Psyberanima's consent.Why? This protects the integrity of the pilot data. After the pilot ends, if you choose not to continue with Psyberanima, you may keep these clients with no fee.___________________________________________________________________________________________________
4. Professional Conduct & Scope of Practice (CRITICAL)You agree to:- Stay in Your Lane: Deliver coaching and mentoring services, not clinical psychotherapy. You agree NOT to diagnose or treat severe mental health disorders (e.g., trauma, severe depression, addiction) unless you are dually qualified AND explicitly insured to do so independently outside of this agreement.
- Duty to Refer: If a client presents with clinical needs beyond coaching (e.g., suicidal ideation), you agree to refer them immediately to appropriate medical services (GP, NHS, Crisis Team).
- Ethical Standards: Adhere to the code of ethics relevant to your qualification (e.g., ICF, BPS, BACP Coaching Division).
-Maintain Insurance: Hold valid Professional Indemnity Insurance covering Coaching and Training.
Coaches must provide a copy of their valid Certificate of Insurance to Psyberanima prior to receiving their first client referral.
-Safeguarding & DBS: If you provide services to minors (under 18s) or vulnerable adults, you must hold a valid Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check issued within the last 3 years or be on the Update Service. You agree to report any safeguarding concerns immediately to Psyberanima’s Designated Safeguarding Lead at: [email protected]
-Age Verification: You must not engage with any client under the age of 13. For clients aged 13–17, you must verify that explicit parental or guardian consent has been obtained and documented via the Psyberanima onboarding process before the first session begins.___________________________________________________________________________________________________
5. Data ProtectionClient Data: Psyberanima shares only the minimum information necessary for you to contact and assess potential clients. You act as an Independent Data Controller for all session notes and client records you create. You must handle this data in accordance with UK GDPR.Session Security: Coaches are prohibited from recording sessions without the explicit, written, and time-stamped consent of the client. All digital platforms used must be password-protected and meet UK GDPR encryption standards (e.g., Zoom for Healthcare or specialized encrypted portals).Your Data: We store your professional details to facilitate matching. With your permission, we may feature your profile on the website.Data Deletion: Upon the termination of this agreement or at the request of a client, you agree to delete all personal data held within your systems in accordance with UK GDPR 'Right to Erasure' rules, unless a legal obligation (such as insurance record-keeping) requires you to retain it for a specified period.___________________________________________________________________________________________________
6. Business Confidentiality Psyberanima is an innovative platform with unique matching logic, brand strategy, and internal processes. As a member of the Pilot Program, you may have access to proprietary business information. You agree to keep all non-public information regarding Psyberanima’s operations, business model, and strategic plans strictly confidential and will not disclose them to any third party without prior written consent.

7. Ending CollaborationEither party may end participation:- With 7 days' notice for any reason.
- Immediately if professional insurance lapses, serious misconduct occurs, or legal/regulatory issues arise.If you leave: Provide appropriate notice to ongoing clients and ensure a smooth transition or closure of the coaching relationship.___________________________________________________________________________________________________
8. Limitations & Liability- No Guarantees: Psyberanima cannot guarantee a specific number of referrals. This is a pilot — client volume will vary.
- No Employment: This does not create an employment or partnership relationship. You are responsible for your own tax (HMRC) and NI contributions.
- Liability: You maintain your own professional indemnity insurance. Psyberanima is a matching platform and is not liable for your coaching advice, client outcomes, or business disputes.
-Pilot Feedback & Audit: To ensure the quality of the 'Coach Pilot', you agree to provide anonymized feedback data or brief summary reports to Psyberanima upon request. This is for research and service-improvement purposes only and will never include identifiable client data.___________________________________________________________________________________________________
9. After the PilotAt the end of the Pilot days, we’ll discuss whether to continue. If both parties agree, we will move to a formal Network Agreement.Future Model Options may include:- Pay-Per-Lead: A small flat fee per introduction.
- Group Pods: Paid facilitation of Psyberanima branded groups.
- Revenue Share: A percentage split for high-ticket corporate clients.___________________________________________________________________________________________________10. Intellectual Property: All materials, branding, and methodologies provided by Psyberanima remain the exclusive property of Psyberanima Limited. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use these materials only during the pilot for the purpose of serving Psyberanima-introduced clients. You may not replicate, sell, or claim ownership of these digital assets.___________________________________________________________________________________________________
11. Governing LawThese terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.___________________________________________________________________________________________________ADDENDUM: International Participation & Cross-Border RequirementsA. Jurisdictional Agreement: The Coach acknowledges that Psyberanima is a UK-based entity. Even if the Coach is operating from another territory, they agree that any disputes arising from this agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.B. Insurance "Territorial Limits": The Coach must provide evidence that their Professional Indemnity insurance includes "Worldwide" coverage (or specifically includes the United Kingdom). The policy must cover claims brought in UK courts.C. Regulatory Compliance: The Coach is solely responsible for ensuring that providing online coaching from their home territory to a client in the UK does not violate local laws or professional regulations in either jurisdiction.D. Data Residency: The Coach agrees to act as an Independent Data Controller. If the Coach is located outside the UK/EEA, they must implement "Standard Contractual Clauses" (SCCs) to ensure that the transfer of client data meets UK GDPR adequacy standards.___________________________________________________________________________________________________

- ✓ Hold a relevant degree (e.g., MSc Cyberpsychology) or Coaching Certification.
- ✓ Have current Professional Indemnity Insurance for coaching/consulting.
- ✓ Understand this is a 90-day pilot with no fees and no long-term commitment.
- ✓ Agree to the Non-Clinical Boundary: You will not treat medical conditions and will refer at-risk clients to medical professionals.___________________________________________________________________________________________________
