We believe in collaboration, transparency, and ethical practice.90-Day Pilot ProgramThis is a pilot period to test the Psyberanima matching service. During these 90 days:✓ No platform fees - you keep 100% of all session fees
✓ No lead fees - client introductions are free
✓ No commitment - either party can end participation with 7 days' noticeAfter the pilot: If both parties agree to continue, we'll transition to a revenue-share model where therapists receive 62.5% of session fees (one of the most therapist-friendly rates in the industry). If you choose not to continue, you may continue seeing pilot clients privately.1. Independent PracticeYou work as an independent therapist, not an employee. You manage your own schedule, client care, insurance, and professional membership (BACP, UKCP, HCPC, etc.).2. How It WorksClient Introductions
Psyberanima matches you with potential clients who fit your profile and expertise. We'll send you an email introduction with:• Client's name and contact details• Their presenting issue and desired outcome• Budget, availability, and any preferences (location, gender, faith-sensitive, etc.)Your Response
You have 24 hours to respond (Mon-Fri). You may accept or decline any referral. If you accept, you contact the client directly to arrange sessions. If you decline, let us know so we can refer them to another therapist.Session Delivery
You conduct sessions using your own platform (Zoom, Doxy.me, etc.). You set your session fee and clients pay you directly using your preferred method. You keep 100% during the 90-day pilot.3. Client Relationship (Pilot Period)Clients introduced by Psyberanima remain linked to the service for 90 days from first introduction. You agree not to continue sessions privately with those clients during this period without Psyberanima's consent.Why: This protects the integrity of the pilot and ensures fair assessment of the model. After the pilot ends, if you choose not to continue with Psyberanima, you may continue seeing these clients privately.4. Professional ConductYou agree to:• Deliver sessions ethically and professionally in accordance with your professional body's standards• Maintain confidentiality and GDPR compliance• Respond to introductions within 24 hours or decline for rerouting• Report safeguarding concerns to appropriate authorities• Notify Psyberanima of any serious client complaints or issues5. Data ProtectionClient Data: Psyberanima shares only the minimum information necessary for you to contact and assess potential clients. You handle all subsequent client data in accordance with UK GDPR.Your Data: We store your professional details (name, qualifications, specializations, contact) to facilitate matching. With your permission, we may feature your profile on the website. You can request data deletion after the pilot ends.6. Ending CollaborationEither party may end participation:• With 7 days' notice for any reason• Immediately if professional registration lapses, serious misconduct occurs, or legal/regulatory issues ariseIf you leave: Provide appropriate notice to ongoing clients and follow your professional body's guidance on ending therapeutic relationships.7. LimitationsNo Guarantees: Psyberanima cannot guarantee a specific number of referrals. This is a pilot - client volume may be low initially.No Employment: This does not create an employment or partnership relationship. You are responsible for your own tax, insurance, and professional obligations.Liability: You maintain your own professional indemnity insurance. Psyberanima is not liable for your clinical decisions or outcomes.8. After the PilotAt the end of 90 days, we'll discuss whether to continue. If both parties agree:Revenue Share Model:• 62.5% to therapist• 37.5% to platformIntegrated Platform:• Professional booking system• Integrated payment processing• Client management tools• Therapist community and peer supervisionNo Obligation: If you choose not to continue, that's completely fine. No hard feelings, no obligations.9. Governing LawThese terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.ConsentBy submitting the therapist application form, you confirm that you:✓ Have read and accepted these Therapist Network Terms

✓ Have current professional indemnity insurance
